WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Ala Eh Food Products Corp. traces its roots back to 2019 in Lipa City, Batangas, founded by Mr. Ronald “Boss Jampong” Abulencia, a man with a simple dream — to create condiments that truly capture the authentic taste of the Filipino palate. The idea was born from something humble: a friend once shared a sample of soy sauce that sparked his curiosity, creativity, and passion for local flavors.
Determined to make his own version, Mr. Abulencia began his journey in a small apartment in Nuvista Lipa, where he personally formulated and produced his first batches of soy sauce. With only a few orders from nearby eateries and friends, he managed everything by himself — from mixing ingredients to bottling and labeling each product by hand. Every night was a cycle of trial and error, guided by his determination to perfect a recipe that would reflect the true Batangueño taste.
Each batch he made was a product of patience and passion — aiming to achieve that balance of savory and sweet that Filipinos love. What started as a small kitchen experiment in a modest apartment soon became something bigger: a soy sauce that wasn’t just delicious but distinctly Batangueño — full-bodied, flavorful, and proudly homemade.
Over time, Ala Eh Food Products Corp. evolved from one man’s kitchen experiment into a growing food manufacturing company. Guided by the values of malasakit, innovation, and integrity, the company expanded its product line to include vinegar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, toyomansi, liquid seasoning, and other sauces and condiments. Each product is carefully crafted to bring out the best in every Filipino dish — whether it’s a simple fried meal at home or a grand handaan shared with family and friends.
But beyond producing great-tasting condiments, Ala Eh Food Products stands for something deeper: a celebration of Filipino culture and community. Every bottle represents the hard work of local people — from the farmers who supply ingredients, to the workers who mix, bottle, and label each product with pride. It’s a reminder that local can be world-class when made with passion and purpose.
For the team behind Ala Eh, condiments are more than just sawsawan — they are part of the Filipino story. They turn ordinary meals into shared experiences, transforming every hapag-kainan into a moment of connection, laughter, and love. With every drop of toyo, suka, or patis, Ala Eh brings families closer and adds life to every kwentuhan over food.

Future Developments
After years of hard work, sleepless nights, and unwavering determination, Mr. Abulencia’s vision continues to grow stronger. What began in a small apartment in Nuvista Lipa, with just a few bottles of soy sauce and a handful of loyal customers, has evolved into a thriving Batangueño brand that now serves countless households, eateries, and distributors across Batangas and neighboring provinces.
Through consistent innovation and dedication to quality, Ala Eh Food Products Corp. has steadily expanded its operations — enhancing its production capabilities, improving product formulations, and introducing new condiment varieties to meet the growing needs of Filipino consumers.
As part of its next big milestone, the company is now preparing for the establishment of the Ala Eh “Toyomansion” — a soon-to-rise manufacturing facility and main office that will serve as the central hub for all production and administrative operations. The Toyomansion will stand as a symbol of progress and Batangueño pride, representing how far the brand has come from its humble beginnings.
Once completed, the Toyomansion will not only house the company’s production and innovation center but also serve as a space for training, collaboration, and community empowerment. It aims to provide more job opportunities for Batangueños and create a home where passion, craftsmanship, and Filipino flavor come together under one roof.
The upcoming Ala Eh Toyomansion embodies the company’s long-term vision — to transform a once-small local brand into a recognized name in the Philippine food industry, while staying true to its roots: serving authentic Filipino condiments made with love, care, and Batangueño excellence.
